To market, to market...
Sarah got up to Skype the parents, Sue and Matt, and introduce them to our dog and show them the apartment.
We followed this with a market day, running errands. The market day consisted of purchasing all sorts of food, school supplies and getting some clothing fixed. Believe it or not (i say do) i wore through the pockets of a pair of chinos (like jeans). Clothes on a trip like this sure do get a beating. We did everything else and returned for our clothes to find out she won't be back for a while. We waited and after walking the whole place twice we gave up and went for coffee.
We arrived to see two good friends we met in Bolivia sipping on hot coffees. We talked for a few hours on the passed months, they rock climb everywhere so our trips are very different. We left them and headed back to get our items, knowing we will catch them for dinner later.
For dinner we caught up with friends we met in Bolivia, Pauline and Nicholas, the French couple from the Salar de Uyuni tour, and Toby and Jenny from just after that in Uyuni, Potosi and Sucre.
The food was great and the catch up was even better!
