We both arrived in Bangkok safe and sound at around 4pm local time. Once we collected our bags we got a taxi to our hotel which was a rip off costing us $7 but because we were tired we couldn't be assed to argue. It was 10 minute drive from the airport and we soon realised that we couldn't use our US dollars not only in the taxi but everywhere else. This resulted in both of us going hungry for the night (good news for brad)

The hotel was nice and comfy and the beds werent too small for us hench gezzas. The hotel had a small balcony with a pair of kid sized table and chairs, it was a nice view which looked over outskirts of Bangkok.

Due to the flight and time difference we both fell asleep around 8pm and strangely both woke up at 2am. Jet lags a b****!
