Hey! This morning we travelled from Cat Ba Island to Ha Long which took 4hrs. Once we had reached dry land we then had another 4hrs bus drive to the capital, Hanoi. Once in Hanoi we had to wait 2hrs for a minibus to drop us to Hanoi train station. We then caught a 10hr overnight train to Sapa which is Northern Vietnam. Hello, This morning we got picked in a mini bus from our hotel and spent an hour driving around Hanoi city collecting other tourists. The bus journey to Ha Long Bay took around 4 hours of mainly being on the wrong side of the road due to constant ovetaking. Hello again, After a freezing cold shower which was actually ok despite it only being 2am, we packed up our bags and got our complimentary taxi from our hotel to the airport at 4am for our flight to Hanoi, Vietnam.
