This week has been exciting! I saw Wicked on Monday night and Les Mis on Thursday night. Both musicals were amazing and I loved them!! Mom, Lora, and I are also going to see Sound of Music during spring break, so that will be fun. Yesterday afternoon I visited the National Gallery, which has so many beautiful paintings. I saw Monet's water lillies and Van Gough's sunflowers, which were really cool. There was also some Leonardo da Vinci and Michalangelo paintings in the gallery. Last night my roommates and I went on the London Eye. It was so amazing to see the whole city at night. Parliment and Big Ben were beautiful all lit up by the Thames!! Mom, Lora, and I will go on the Eye again when they visit, but it will most likely be during the day.

Today Whitney and I visited the Victoria and Albert Museum, which is by far the coolest museum I have ever been too!!! It had such a variety of exhibits and everything was amazing! We walked through fashion, sculpture, and ironwork exhibits. There was also a section on stained glass, which was beautiful! Another room contained tons of musical instruments, which I know my dad would've loved. There were intricately decorated stringed instruments, along with pianos, harps, and dulcimers. The glass exhibit was also really cool- even the staircase was made of glass! There was also a huge blown glass sculpture hanging from the entryway, which I was sure to take a picture of. I will post some photos in the museum album so you can look at all the cool things I saw!!
