Friday and Saturday we had off school because of snow and we stayed home and relaxed and I put things on my walls and put my clothes and things in the right places finally. Last night (Saturday) we went out for tea at a pub with Giovanni's (my host brother) girlfriend. She was very lovely and translated the whole menu for me! Before last night she hadn't spoken a word to me because she's shy and last night she talked a lot. We got home at mid night and Cecilia and I werebt tired and stupidly stayed awake until 3am. There is still over half a metre of snow here. Today is the first day it hasn't snowed and the sun is out so hopefully it will melt some snow and we will have school tomorrow. I have already made some really good friends here and am loving it! Slowly starting to learn the language and am picking up on some things they say
