Last Wednesday I went to Florence and Siena for 4 days with STS. It was the most amazing time ever! I got to meet up with most of the ones I travelled over with aswell as got to meet some more lovely people from other countries. I dont know how many of us there were but there were Kiwis, Austrlaians, Switerlands, Bolivians, Norweigiens,a boy from equador and one from Holland. We all got along really really well and it was laugh after laugh. On the Wednesday we just looked around Florence and had gelato (like we did at least once a day) then had dinner and that night everyone came into Brydie, Tori and my room till very late. On Thursday we went to Siena for the day. It is such a nice place and even the drive was amazing! We loved around a hundred churches and cathedrals as all tourists do. And had pizza and gelato for lunch. I had my speaker in my bag playing music full ball and everyone looked at us strangly as we danced and sung as we walked around talking enlgish. On friday we did more sight seeing in Florence and went to a famous muesum and seen the statue of David and lots of other things. We had free time for shopping that day and that night one of the boys broke his ankle so we had the ambulance come (he fainted 3 times) and he went to hospital and we all went out for dinner then walked the streets of Florence at night. We had a very late night playing games and talking till about 4:30am... Saturday morning was sad saying goodbye because some of us wont see each other again. I was the first to leave so it wasnt to bad, my train was at 9:25. I made so many good friends on that trip! Espically Mckensie and Kyle. Coming home I was shattered and had my first time being homesick... the last two days werent the best but that was bound to happen considering how tired I was. Tomorrow I am going to Ireland for 8 days so I need to start packing... I dont have the energy to do that stuff though! I cant wait for that! Im really looking forward to it! As some of you know my phone wasnt working on the Tuscany Tour but i have managed to round up some photos from friends to put up.
Will write about Ireland when im home and no doubt even more tired!
Ciao! Miss everyone! (P.S 5 hours of no stop maths today wasnt fun!)
