This morning we all had a bit of a sleep in. Cecilia got up early to go for a run before the sun came out and do some study for her exams and when we got up Navajo went for a run too.

We had more pasta for lunch and then chilled out for a bit. I had a nap as I was feeling very unwell again. Then we all got changed and headed to the bus stop to catch the bus into town to do some shopping!

When we got into Parma we were dying from the heat already so made a quick stop at the gelato shop and then carried on.

We had a successful afternoon shopping - both got some shoes, dresses and tops. Then we met Cecilia again and Beatrice and Cecilia drove us home... not scary at all!

Another chill night, and a different dinner this time - very Italian, meats and breads.

After dinner we all headed to bed ready for a very early start to Florence.
