Norman, Ruth and Peter cycled from Rye Harbour, through Rye towards Icklesham, passed Winchelsea and through Rye Nature Reserve back to Rye Harbour. Christine and Rosemary opted for a walk and enjoyed a leisurely look at the birds on the Reserve.

As usual, the stop for lunch was The Inkerman Arms. Norman was sticking to his protein diet and so didn't have a pud! The diet has been so successful that he thought Peter was very slow on the hills (he was). Perhaps we should all try this!
