We planned on getting up earlyish today and heading down to the beach for the full day. When we got up and looked out of the window the sky was so grey and miserable! Not long after it started to piss it down! Great! We have been all around Asia for 5 weeks with such boiling weather all the time, then when we just stop and relax and want nice weather, it pisses it down! We couldn't really sit on the beach, even though it did stop raining, it was still pretty miserable! We had a walk around aimlessly for a while, just mooching, then went to the same restaurant we went to last night. The beers were only 25p each for a big bottle so we had quite a few there and had some lunch too. We ended up sat there for hours and then went to the big apple bar and had a couple more beers there! They were about 45p, which isn't too bad! Ha! Everything is just so cheap!
We got some munch and another beer on the way back home and went back and watched some TV. Dad had hospital today for a scan so we skyped them. His clot has shrunk which is really good news! Hopefully these tablets will keep working and he gets back to normal! He's been given the go ahead to fly as well so at least they can get away if they want to!
We got hungry again later on so we went back out about 11pm and got a kebab and some spring rolls to share from a takeaway down the road. We have been right fatties here! We need to be careful or we will become obese! All that food and drink. Time for us to get back into the travelling soon, no more relaxing for 5 days at a time.
