I spent the vast majority of today asleep, which was a nice change (after all I am actually on holidays now!) I woke up in my usual momentary panic, but managed to go back to sleep. I watched TV for most of the day and went to Picasso's, the café up the road for lunch with Tim and Fiona.

After lunch I went back to the hotel and slept some more, before we all went out to Na'ama bay to book some day trips. Tim booked himself in for Mt. Sinai, which I have no wish to repeat and we booked a snorkeling trip to Tiran Island for tomorrow. After fending off the guy in the shop, who wanted to take me out to dinner tomorrow night, we ended up going to happy hour at one of the bars.

There wasn't a lot of happy hour left, so we ordered four long island ice teas, two JD and cokes, two mojitos and two of some other cocktail. You couldn't see the table for the drinks. I picked up my Jack Daniels and Coke and had a waiter come over and assist me in lighting up a big, fat Titan cigar."This is where it's at", I said and we dug in for a few hours.
