We've only been at the "Utopia Resort" in Koh Phangan for a few days but we love it. The resort is on the top of a hill with the most fabulous views. When we arrived we were upgraded to a pool side room and the restaurant, bar and staff are all great!

We went into Hat Rin last night (the beach they have the full moon parties on) and I think we're both glad we're not staying there but it was fun for a night. Today we took a walk down the hill to the nearest beach that has a sand-bank to an Island when the tide is out. The only downside of walking down to it was that we had to walk back up!

We have a few more days here to relax and enjoy the view, the pool and the cheap beer then we're going back to Chaweng Beach on Koh Samui to meet Deborah and Russel. God it'll be nice to have someone else to talk too!
