We have been in Bali nearly a week and the time has flown! After a hot, busy day in Singapore it's nice to be lounging by a pool again.

We had five nights in a small hotel in Seminyak, up the coast a little from the main resort of Kuta but we have now moved right into the middle of Kuta and it's a crazy place. Our hotel is on a narrow one-way street with traffic going both ways!

We have been to the Bali bombing memorial to pay our respects and we've been down to the beach a few times but other than that, during the day it's too hot to do anything but lay by or in the pool.

Tomorrow we are touring the island a little more, there are bound to be some more temples to look at but more importantly, an active volcano!

We are only here a few more night before Oz and we can't wait. It's only taken five months to get this far away from home!
