Yesterday we flew from Koh Samui to Singapore. We had a great time in Chewang Beach especially with Deborah & Russel. The 'Centara Grand Beach Resort' was lovely for three nights, even if it broke the bank! We have spent today visiting the Grand Prix attractions and even took a taxi around as much of the race track as we could. We have arrived in Singapore and what a contrast to Cambodia! The two places couldn't be any more different but at least Phonm Penh was cheap, which Singapore is certainly not! Our two Sinapore Slings in Raffles cost S$54 (about 20 quid). The weather here is glorious though and not as humid. It reminds us of Hong Kong. We are sightseeing for a few days and then heading north to Kuala Lumpur, if we can book a train or bus somewhere?
