Day 101. Today we went on an outing with Raechel's sister Lyn and mother Sylvia to the nearby small towns of Wallaroo and Kadina in the Copper Coast Region. At Wallaroo we saw the huge grain storage silos and bunkers holding wheat, barley and legumes. A ship was being loaded by conveyor belt with wheat being exported to Egypt. Day 100. A lazy sunny day in Port Broughton on the Yorke Peninsular. We visited Raechel's sister Lynette and husband Colin for late morning tea, then Raechel's dear old Mum Sylvia in the Burunga Village. So nice to see all again, it does not seem like three months have passed since our last visit. Day 99. We have completed The Big Loop! But not before Raechel purchased some beautiful Jade jewellery items from Cowell Jade, noted for its dark green and black nephrite Jade. Day 4. After breakfast in our van by the water we visited Raechel's dear old mother Sylvia in the Barunga Old Folks home. She was so pleased to see Raechel it brought a tear to my eyes! Day 3. Sitting in the van with hot drinks, light rain falling with our heater on after an adventurous day. Just returned from dinner at the Port Broughton Hotel with Raechel's family. Today we followed the mighty Murray River through Waikerie and the vast vineyards and citrus orchards of the Riverland to old river town of Morgan.
