Today we headed to Kensington Palace, first walking through Hyde Park and visiting the Diana memorial fountain, and walking by the many lakes, it was a really foggy day which gave the park a bit of an eerie feeling. We found our way to the palace and I headed straight to the Diana room which displayed a few of her dresses, she was quite short and really tiny, it makes me sad that she isn't still here. We then headed to the kings rooms and then onto queen Victoria's area. I love seeing how the royals live/d it's quite amazing to see the extravagance but also makes me angry that so many suffer in this world when a small group of people are living like this. It was then onto Lords cricket ground for Trent's fantasy tour, I was expecting to be bored our of my brain for 2 hours but it was quite interesting visiting both dressing rooms, the grandstand and the media centre. It was nice seeing Trent so excited. Whilst in the area we also got to cross the road at the famous abbey road crossing which was a bit of a thrill being such a Beatles fan. Got a bit more done this day and back to the hotel we go :).
