We decided to spend 1 last day in London so I can do some window shopping and a little more souvenirs shopping. It was nice to just leisurely stroll along Oxford street absorbing the sights, sounds and smells of London. We stopped and had a nice long lunch at Pizza Hut and it was just a nice relaxing day. We did some laundry later in the afternoon so it will be nice to arrive in France with some freshly laundered clothing :)

Well today was the day that I got to go on my Harry Potter tour at Warner bros studio. You enter the studio and there are photos of all the major characters lining the walls, you forget how little the kids were when they started filming. Another early start to the day today, we are off to Salisbury cathedral, Stonehenge and Bath. It was a long bus journey to Salisbury but it was a lovely Cathedral, we only spent a short amount of time here but got to have a nice look through the interior and at the exterior and got to see the original Magna Carta, which was interesting considering I knew nothing about it. Finally got to St Paul's cathedral today, it's such an amazingly beautiful cathedral, it takes your breath away. The ceiling murals are just magnificent in all their golden splendour, it's probably a good thing I couldn't take photos as I would have used a whole memory card. It's hard to believe that's where Diana was married but I understand why that cathedral was chosen as it was just beautiful. We then headed to Westminster Abbey, not as beautiful as St Pau...

Today we headed to Kensington Palace, first walking through Hyde Park and visiting the Diana memorial fountain, and walking by the many lakes, it was a really foggy day which gave the park a bit of an eerie feeling. We found our way to the palace and I headed straight to the Diana room which displayed a few of her dresses, she was quite short and really tiny, it makes me sad that she isn't still here.
