Not the best night sleep last night as new neighbours have moved in and they were keen to party - the pitfalls of a popular caravan park. The retic was also on throughout the night and I woke up needing the loo!! Needless to say I needed a lie in this morning. Once up we did the breakfast marathon and then got stuck into school work. We concentrated more on math's this morning and by the time we got round to reading and English the boys had shut down - two hours is definitely our limit. We had lunch and then went off to Port Noarlunga at the tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula. It is a little seaside town where the jetty takes you out to a huge reef. The water was a stunning colour and not too cold either. We camped under the jetty for shade and spent the afternoon there, as it was another hot day in SA. We took all our snorkeling gear and Matty and Katharine were keen to have a go, as the reef came in close to the shore. Katharine lost her confidence pretty early as she was having problems with her flippers but Matty was amazing and we saw lots of different types of fish. We treated ourselves to coffee and hot chips on the beach and eventually came home around 5pm. Eventually, we got around to dinner, which was soft tacos, and afterwards I managed to block the sink. We had to borrow a plunger from next door and as Nick plunged the sink I had to put my foot over the shower drain to make sure the blockage didn't empty into the shower. Unfortunately we forgot to block the bathroom sink opening and mince and onions started spurting out of the sink all over the bathroom - at least it worked!! After a good clean up we eventually called the kids in to bed, although they were unhappy about it as the park was screening a free movie not too far behind us. It was gone 10pm and they didn't complain for too long before they all started snoring!
