Back with our good friends Bob & Birgitt to say auf wiedersehen before the final leg of our travels. Spent the day having a walk through the forest, followed by Aperol at cafe Raab then dinner at the sports bar. Steak and chips... get in. The following morning Birgitt laid on a sumptuous breakfast then we walked to the turm in Gonsenheim for a drink. Bob then drove us all to a couple of weinfests where more bottles were tasted and purchased. What a great time we've had with B&B between excursions, Bob&Birgitt have given us a wonderful insight into the delights of Germany and been fantastic hosts. Bella also loves it here, running in the cherry fields and cooling off in the home of her new best friends.
