I have just come back from the whale trip and it was fantastic, im buzzing from the experience i really am, we set off at 7.20 this morn and straight off from Hervey bay on Shayla cruises, we picked this boat from the endless list of tours because its numbers are small (25) and its a full day tour which we wanted and man we picked the right day/tour for sure, we motored off this morning for about 2 hours until we started seeing water spouts, we had an idea of wha...

What a quality day we have had, we arrived from Cairns this morning at 8am after a 2 hour snooze on jetstar, had us some brekkie (pie,hashbrowns and gravy ), i know its a bit funky for morning but it worked, then we headed for the aboriginal workshop where me and ells where gonna design and learn to play our own didgeridoo, it cost us $100 each but its well worth it, we started at about 10 am and finished at about 5pm so a pretty long day but lots of fun, we pain...

Once again me and ellie have changed our flights because after returning from the barrier reef trip that we totally loved, we knew Bob Dylan was playing in Brisbane and the humpback whales are with their calfs @ Hervey bay, so at the drop of a hat we put our flight back 1 month extra and we are now flying out the 1st September, we had about 12 hours before our flight was to leave Oz so we phoned Quantas and thankfully we are now 2 Bob Dylan tickets up and ready ...
