We have reached West Yellowstone, Mt., our home for the next 4 nights. My take aways so far from Montana.

They like to dress "rancher style"
They like to drive fast
No sales tax, on anything, so come here to make your big purchases.
Covers lots of teritory (must be why the interstate speed limit is 80mph and even the small 2 lane roads are 70mph.)
They have big mountains, huge valleys and fast moving streams or rivers. I can understand why they say it is God's country.
Fly fishing is a musts if you live here.

I have put some pictures in the Montana section but they just do not do the landscape justice. The mountains are large and when you take pictures of them they just don't show up as majectic as God made them. These are just something I guess you have to see to actually understand the beauty of them.
