After 2 days of pretty heavy driving we made it to Wisconsin Dells, The strip reminds me of Gatlinburg with one store after another. The other strip is more spread out like Pigein Forge but with lots of water parks. Go figure, the summers are so short up here I would not have expected all these water parks.

Larry and I did not partake of the strips though, we mainly concentrated on the actual Dells and took a 2 hour boat tour of them. They were quite beautiful and very interesting. I learned that a dell is pretty much a huge opening between rock layers that the river has worn out over time.

We acutally stayed in a town called Baraboo. Larry wants a shirt from here just because he likes to say the town name.
