Quick blog today to say not as home sick as the last few days. Have had the chance to catch up with a few mates on the phone and was great to hear all your voices. Pretty funny to think home sick and not even two weeks yet, but if you think about it, that is when the holiday starts to wind down and you are looking forward to getting home!!!
The blog pic is sunset tonight looking across from our caravan park, looks more amazing to the eye, the sky is pink, the moon is out and the waves are starting to build.
Had a slower day, but still busy enough with doing the groceries, washing, etc to get organised for the Blue Mountains tomorrow. The sun was shining today so at least all the washing got done!!! Was great, four loads were washed and pegged out in 45 minutes!!! At home it would have taken a fair part of the morning, bonus of having more than one washing machine to access lol!!!
The girls were glad to have a day at the park, rode their bikes and watched some tv!
Bracing ourselves for the colder weather, but looking forward to the spectacular sights we will see. Will take about 3 hours to get to our camp setup in Lithgow tomorrow, so wont have to rush too much in the morning.
