After dinner we sat at the beachside bar with our instructors and watched the DVD of our second days diving at Twins and Chumphon. The cameraman made us look really good and the whole thing is put to music and is really professional. There was no pressure but we ended up buying a copy, a bit pricey at 40 quid but a good tool to bore you all with when we get back!!!!

Last night we had the mother of all thunderstorms, it started at around 2am and kept us awake till 5am. The sky was getting lit up by some amazing lightning and the thunder that followed was the loudest I have ever heard, they certainly do storms in this part of the world!!!

Today we both have had achy bodies and after breakfast we intended to do all our shopping before we move on tomorrow. The storm had knocked out the phone lines so that meant no internet and more importantly no ATM's so no money!!!!!

We chilled out by the beach for the rest of the morning and swung the shopping plan into action this afternoon. Toiletries here are as expensive as home except toothpaste which is really cheap. We are just on our way to eat, tomorrow we leave at 10am on the catamaran that we came on. Hopefully the sea will be much kinder to us going to Chumphon and from here it is a 5 hour bus ride to or next stop, Hua Hin.
