Day 22
We left Newcastle today for Port Macquarie. Our train wasn't until 2 so we headed down to Nobby's Beach to have a walk up to the lighthouse. They were having the finals of the New South Wales Body Boarding competition, so we stopped and watched this for a while.
We caught the train to Broadmeadow to get our connecting train and coach to Port Macquarie. We arrived in the evening and dropped our stuff off at the campsite, which had a pool and decent room. Then we took a walk around town to find that everything was closed.
