Day 24 - 26

The heavens had not closed for 3 days. It was the worst floods that had been seen for years. Port Macquarie was well known for its beautiful beaches, but we didn't really get to see them.

One day we stayed in all day watching movies and playing cards and games.

The following day we ventured out in the evening to get Dominoes pizza. Which was a bargain at $5 for a large pizza; we got 2 and a garlic bread.

The other day we decided to go out anyway as the rain wasn't so heavy...well at least we thought that until we reached Nobby's beach, where we were stood on a picnic table underneath a small covering. Where Lorna realised that her waterproof was infact not waterproof, Which Al had already mentioned before. So we decided to head back via the supermarket for another night in a hostel, wahey!
