We left Cairns yesterday and travelled to Atherton via Kuranda. Stopped at Kuranda and had a look around the village - lots of unique arts/crafts. We also had a look at Barron Falls before heading into Atherton (stopped at Jaques Coffee for a pit stop along the way). Today was waterfall day. Although we didn't see them all we did see: Millaa Millaa falls, Zillie falls (bad track meant we couldn't get a good photo), Ellinjaa falls, Mungalli falls (we stopped at Mungalli dairy for a spot of yoghurt and cheese tasting), Silver falls and Nandroya Falls. All quite beautiful! We also saw the Curtain Fig tree. On the way back to the caravan park we stopped at Gallo Cheese and Chocolate - yum!!!
