For our final day we headed to Lake Wabby. This involved a 45 minute hike to the sand dunes and lake which was full of rather large catfish with the ability to sting you - need less to say I was no longer swimming there after finding this out! We still did the walk and sat in the sand watching others roll down the dunes into the water and then did the hike back. Saturday morning we learnt that the same 18 year olds had left the dingo gate open meaning they were now in camp. Our jeep consisted of me and Mel, three Italian gentleman (I use the term loosely), an Irish lady and her mother and boyfriend.
