The Cameron highlands instantly reminded me of Dalat Vietnam. It was cold and wet. Well about 20 degrees which is cold for us now.. As always we rented bikes out to explore the island, driving though the busy city was definitely an experience, weaving in and out of traffic stood still like the locals. We also drove along the costal roads up to the national park where a pretty cool Aussie chick gabby had convinced us to walk to turtle beach from the park.. After catching a flight rather than a ferry because apparently it's cheaper here... We arrived in Georgetown Penang and instantly loved it. It's an Asian city but has a real old European city feel to it, with it's narrow old roads and amazing street art around most corners it has a very vintage feel to it. Langkawi, a new country a new journey. Unfortunately the weather since we've been here hasn't been the best, being cloudy with the odd shower. The toughest part of travelling to a new country is always figuring out how much things should really cost without having our pants pulled down!
