In Vang Vieng we were due to do tubbing and kayaking, however we found out it wasn't the typing of tubbing we initially thought it was..(a bar crawl down a river in rubber rings) and because we only had a day in Vang Vieng we cancelled our original plan and went tubbing with the group of about 30 we knew and 140 others.. After crossing the Laos border we took a 2 day slow boat to Luang Prabang, it was needless to say very long and slow..
