Today we woke up to a completely different town, it was sunny with blue skies and hardly any cloud. Then we went outside and the wind was as cold as ever, yep we were still in Queenstown. We woke up to the most amazing weather, not! It was raining and cold and windy and dull, there was also fresh snow on top of the mountains. Queenstown here we come! The started off pretty casual, until we realised we had 5 mins to check out. After that rush we were in the car and ready to go. The drive from Haast to Wanaka was amazing!
