Saturday 22nd August - Edinburgh

We headed for the city and were told to go to a particular parking building which was in a shopping centre close to town. Well this is the weirdest parking building that we have ever been in. It had a circular ramp that was very narrow with walls on both sides so close and we ended up taking the 5th floor exit. Now we had a problem! Cars parked close together on both sides and no empty spaces so we drove down to the end thinking that there would be an exit. Wrong, no exit. No place to turn round so had to back up. Fortunately someone had payed and was about to leave and after they did we moved into their space but it took about a 6 point turn to get into the space next to a jaguar. I have no idea how he go into his space.

Jannie remembered a pub that we had gone to last time we were in Edinburgh and she led me by the hand and sure enough after a couple of turns we came around the corner and "Tarar" there it was. We had lunch and the place was so full of people but that was nothing compared to what we were about to come across.
