Monday 24th August - Edinburgh Tattoo

We met up with Jill and Ron and had dinner with them and caught up with what they have been up to these last few weeks. Was nice.
We went into the city on the bus and sorted out where we have to go tonight for our seats at the Tattoo. We also went and picked up our Souvenir Tattoo Book.
There weren't so many people as there has been over the weekend so was much easier to walk up to the castle.
We just wandered about and had lunch and then headed for our B&B to have a bit of a rest before heading back to the city. We have to take the car in and find a park as the buses finish at 7.30pm and the show starts at 9.00pm and is about 1 hour 40 minutes long.

Wow what a show!
