Dad rang this morning which was really nice to hear from him. Was a little choked after speaking with him.

Booked up a three part activity today - horse riding, canoeing and the Banff Gondola.

Walked to Bow Falls againg today, but this we walked along the other side of the river. It ws great to see the falls from another perspective. We ventured more so along the bank and saw some amazing scenery. Spent a good few hours just walking around. The weather was even hotter than yesterday and belive it or not, me and Amy caught the sun! - Yes, we're in Canada, in October and we got burnt! Crazy! Was a lovely relaxing day today!

Decided to extend our stay until Saturday atleast, mainly because we've been told by more people that there really isn't much to see or do in central canada. We both would really prefer more time in Banff too. I feel that there is so much still to see and do here!
