Got up really early as we had to be out of our hostel room in Whister by 11:00. Spent all day today in Whistler village. We booked up a tree activity for tomorrow, which I'm quite excited about as it'll be something different as to what we've been doing. This trip to Whistler has been working out fairly expensive so far, but we kind of expected it! Well, made it to Whistler! Our first actual travelling experience, and also our first GreyHound experience...and I think I can say that we sailed through it! I was pretty sad to leave the Burnaby Hostel as I was starting to feel a little at home! We had it pretty easy there! Visited Vancouver Island, Victoria for the day. Was such a long day! Woke up 05:30 and didn't get back to the hostel until 23:00!! I wished someone had advised us that it wasn't just a day trip, as we spent most of our time travelling to and from the island! Once we arrived by ferry I assumed that everything would be walking distance or a short bus ride away...how wrong I was! We were hoping for a scenic day, but ended up with a tourist attraction, full of shops....
