This morning we visited Rob and Cathy for coffee at their place and then we went together to my niece Christie's place for lunch. It was great catching up with the family and Christie was an awesome host putting on a very yummy lunch! We stayed till about 6pm and then Rob and Cathy took us out for dinner to the Lower Plenty Tavern. I think it was the first time that I have experienced a really good 'home cooked' style roast at a tavern, in fact all of us were very happy with our meals! We were all exhausted after our busy day, and the boys behaved themselves really well even though it was a long day for them.
