Today I took part in an Adventure Ride around Darwin in memory of a great bloke, Bill Laver, who committed suicide last week due to depression. It was very sad to hear of his passing as he was very well known within the Adventure Riding community. This ride was one of several organised rides throughout Australia. I was given the opportunity to ride a 2011 Triumph Tiger 800XC, which I jumped at, and I had a great time exploring the dirt tracks on the outskirts of Darwin with three local riders, it was a great opportunity to celebrate Bill's life in this way!

This evening Mark Criss brought his 450hp Ford Cobra sports car out of the shed. I took Lochie for a drive and he loved it so much, laughing and giggling saying, "I love it!". Then I took Kellie for a blast, I mean drive, and she was smiling the whole time! This car is light weight and very powerful so it's very exciting to drive! All in all a great day!
