Today there was no hiking just a bus ride back to Sucre so we all had to be up early to catch the 7:30 bus back to Sucre. After packing our things we grabbed a quick breakfast and then made our way to the bus stop where the bus was waiting. The bus journey back was very slow and bumpy and the bus was cram packed full of locals. We were back in Sucre by 10:30am and with Roger headed to the CondorTrekkers office to join Randall in the restaurant for an early lunch - which was part of the tour package. As I couldn't eat the rice dish on offer Randall whipped me up this delicious vegetarian omelette with a spicy salsa. We sat around for a few hours discussing more the plan for the south of Bolivia and crossing into Chile. After agreeing to meet up in the evening I went off in search of a cheap place to stay, after walking around for over an hour I was able to get a very basic room for a good price. I did my washing, sorted out my stuff and then headed back to CondorTrekkers cafe to use the Internet. At 5:30 I went and met Peter, Sven and Dez at Kulturberlin Cafe where they were staying so we could sort out a plan for Tupiza. My couchsurfing friend Charlotte from Potosi came and joined us for a few drinks whilst we were sorting a plan out. I decided I would head back to Potosi with Charlotte tommorow lunchtime so we headed to the ticketing office to buy our bus tickets. We then decided to try find somewhere to eat dinner which actually proved quite difficult as everything was shut as it was a Sunday. There were thousands of people in the city all looking for somewhere to eat and really only a handful of places offering food. We eventually settled on a takeaway chicken place and brought ourself half a roast chicken, some sphagetti and an avocado. Thankfully Charlottes Hostel was nearby so we went and ate there. After not eating meat for 4 days it was quite difficult to even eat quarter of a roast chicken but I managed it and my body thanked me. We sat around chatting for a while, drank some tea and then I decided to head back to my accommodation. After showering and sorting my things, I headed to bed.
