It was a drizzly day as we left Aylen Lake. On the road by 9:15 am and it was 17 C. It only got to a high of 19 as we were driving and it rained on and off all the way to Glencoe. When we got to Whitney we made a quick stop as we had to check inside the trailer. Hwy 60 was so rought that we were getting bounced around pretty good and we were worried about cupboards opening in the trailer and all of our stuff being scattered around. Of course everything was great...

Well tomorrow morning we are setting off on our great RV adventure that will take us to places we have never seen as well as to some that we will be re-visiting. Today was a day of finishing up packing. Mom and Dad came yesterday and spent the night with us. Today they went back to their summer home along with Diesel. He will have a great time visiting there while we are gone. In fact I have already seen a picture of him with his older (and bigger) brother Bear ...

This is my first time trying to use a blog. I thought that it may be a great way to share information on our trip out west. The RV is almost all packed - in the picture you will see that Jack was testing out the hammock when he was suppose to be packing :-) We will finish packing over the next couple of days and then on Thursday we will head out to Glencoe to visit Paul and Shelley.
