As we prepared to leave the Rocky Mountain RV Park and say goodbye to Yellowstone an elk walked in front of our campsite and said goodbye. Today was a day of driving through Wyoming. It was a State of varying geographic formations from plains, to red soil buttes to mountains. And yes there is snow on the mountains still. We saw hundreds of pronghorns - some even in groups of 12 or more. We camped for "free" at Cabela's in Billings, Montana athough we did spend $160 in the store!
