Crazy fish haul and off to Canoa! Eventually....

One of the things I read about Puerto Lopez was early in the morning all the boats bring the catch from the night before to the beach where they sell to the restaurants and merchants in the area. Well we were not disappointed and it was an extremely cool site to see! They had tables set up where they were cleaning the fish, squid and giant shrimp! There was quite a crowd around one boat where people were buying the giant fish straight off of it! It was organized chaos at its best!
Afterwards we got a bite to eat packed up our stuff and headed for Canoa. It took three separate buses and about six hours to get us there, even though as the bird flies it was probably only 100 km away......
When we arrived to Canoa we found a really great hostile with an amazing view of the ocean! We went for a walk where we saw a cool motorized paraglider, met some Argentinian backpackers who were camping on the beach and were all part of the band but we never got to hear them play.
We arrived on a Friday so there was a pretty good party going on this night and we met some cool people at a nice little bar!
