Small walk, fish haul and empanadas

Spent most of the day again resting my back but in the late afternoon we went for a small walk down the beach and got a nice surprise! Some of the fishing boats were coming in with their nets full of fish. I had to go for at least one swim well I was in Canoa, so I did. Later that night there was a woman cooking empanadas on the street. She had chicken and cheese, then she would put a sort of coleslaw on top. Mom really liked the breading and the coleslaw so we asked the lady to make an empanada with just the coleslaw in the middle........she looked at us strangely but afterwards she called it the Vegetariano!!! Haha
