Philippenes is just a breath of fresh air, in terms of cheap food, drinks and accommodation. Certainly no fresh or clean air in Cebu city! Firstly though, we flew from Singapore to Manila, waited in Manila airport for 3 hours. Then went from Manila to Cebu. After checking into our hotel in Cebu city, went for some food. There were loads of street food, the stalls sold 1 deep fried chicken for 22p, so tasty. But i had an audience though, it's very much like being back in India. Every single person stops and stairs at you! Only here for the one night and morning, so we visited the Fort San Pedro which was built in 1565. There are loads of people living on the streets including children, and the streets are pretty dirty.Hardly any westerners here either which is kinda cool. I shall be returning soon as we fly out of here to Surgao city. Not much to blog about as i was only here for one night.
