Cairns was an eventful week but was certainly a highlight. Saying goodbye to everyone we met up the coast was nice. We stayed at a huge hostel called Gilligans, such a party hostel. Magnetic Island is a very small island of which we hired bikes to ride around to see a fort and a few beaches. The most popular way to see the island is to hire these girly barbie cars, but we didn't bother as it was fairly expensive. Scooteroo tour in 1770 'Agnes water' was basically a convey of 50cc motorbikes riding around this kangaroo infested town. The drive was really nice but too much health and safety for me. Wasn't able to let rip on the bikes as we had to follow each other keeping our distance, bare in mind there was 30 of us riding on the road. Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world. We were on a 3 days/2 nights driving safari. We all got to drive 4x4 on the longest beach. Off roading was tough, as we were driving on deep sand dunes. We had to be in first gear with max revs to make sure we never got stuck.
