Hired a car and drove to Lake Barrine, stopping at Heales lookout to check out the view. This is the photo attached.

We walked the 5km route around Lake Barrine, through a rainforest and then stopped for a well-earned Devonshire tea (with local tea leaves).

We continued our journey, south of Cairns, pulling into Gallo Dairyland for some local cheese and chocolates and then to see the Curtain Fig Tree; a huge fig tree. We then jumped back in the car and checked out the Millaa Millaa falls which were beautiful.

We finally made it to our destination which was the Mamu tropical skywalk; an elevated walkway and tower in the Wooroonooran National Park. What a view! Again, you'll have to wait until I return to check out the photos.
