Started the morning with a scrumptious breakfast at Jam Pantry in Greenslopes (Brisbane). Had french toast with balsamic strawberries, beetroot and apple jam and candied tangelo rind. Yum!
Flew to Cairns to start a mini break in the sun. Staying in a lovely hotel apartment with lounge and balcony. Went for a walk along the esplonade and checked out some bars. Had some tasty Japanese Raman at Ganbaramba Noodle Colosseum for dinner and did some amazingly touristy wandering around with brochures in hand!
Our evening ended in a cool little bar with Barryoke - say no more! x
