This is a fun one.... and also not exactly rated PG-13.

Apparently, about one thousand years ago, the members of the Chandella Dynasty in Khajuraho were partying like porn stars in the Amsterdam red light district until Afghan invaders chased them out of their little pleasure playground in the 12th century. We know this thanks to the rediscovery in 1838 of these lost temples, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Looking past the erotic content, even a boring puritan has to admit that these sandstome carvings are amazingly detailed, well preserved, and pure art. The time and effort required to sculpt such intricate detail has to be appreciated. You can't help but smile when observing some of the more gymnastic "poses". Feel free to try them at home ... or in Las Vegas. Some things never change I guess.
