With the craziness of Songkran behind us, it's time to move on our plans to rent motorbikes. And Wow have the rental options changed since four years ago when I was here. Happy Thai New Year! And in Thailand, that means it's time for the largest national water battle on the planet. For an entire week, just staying dry is a losing effort. Q: Deep Water Solo? What's that? A: Basically it's a form a of freestyle rock climbing without safety equipment like ropes and climbing harnesses; with the logic being that if/when you fall, you land in the Andaman Sea unharmed.
