Not quite as hot as Hello Winter but still a very pleasant sunny 28 degrees. A quiet day enjoying a shop around Port Douglas and then a swim at the beach. Our return to the caravan was delayed for a coupler of hours when a truck brought down power lines in town blocking the access into and out of Port Douglas. The town lookout provides a great view along Four Mile Beach

A Sunday morning look around the town markets in Port Douglas where Mum and Dad caught up with some people from work. After a late lunch we headed to Four Mile Beach where we enjoyed fun on our boogie boards for a couple of hours. No stingers, crocs(as far as we saw,but we were all right being crowded by one hundred other people) or sharks so it was good to enjoy the ocean again.
