So after almost 3 years between holidays...at last we are off again!
We arrived in Perth for the first time just after midnight. Had a great flight over, actually was about half an hour ahead of schedule which was totally unexpected!
We had left Mischa in the wonderful hands of our housesitters, and even though I was still a bit worried about how she was going cope I was sure she would be OK as they had made every effort to look after her, and I know that she will be thoroughly spoilt.
So we arrived at the Novotel Langley about 12.30am.
This morning we got up for our included buffet breakfast which was just as good as many Asian breakfasts we have had before.
We then discovered that most of the buses here are free so took off from the hotel along the Swan River towards Elizabeth Quay. There we caught a bus to the cbd. And from there onto Kings Park. Lovely views from there.
Wandered around the botanical gardens and then back to the hotel. Had a lovely dinner at a Thai restaurant nearby, Wok & Ladle.
