Another lazy day for us today. This morning at breakfast we were joined by the resident emus, all looking for a handout! Which they didn't get I'm afraid! There are three of them, tame as can be, but there are signs around saying not to feed them as they can be aggressive.
Later we went for a walk first of all to the whale shark festival fair at the oval. Not a lot there really. Then went to the town and to IGA to stock up on a few things. Then walked back again. Four km round trip which is probably the most I have done since leaving hospital. So I must be improving surely!
Dinner tonight was scotch fillet steak, salad and wedges. Delicious and cost about $8 each. Would have cost just a tad more at the pub I think!
